The Design Studio Team at Standard Pacific Homes are proud members of the ASID (The American Society of Interior Designers) Industry Partners program. As you go through the design portion of the home buying process, you will meet with a Design Consultant who will help you in making selections for your new Standard Pacific Home.

- Design Studio Manager
- As the Design Studio Manager for Standard Pacific Homes for over five years, Teresa Stephan has displayed her expertise in design. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design in Los Angeles, CA, Teresa spent 14 years in the Interior Design Field, ranging from Residential, Commercial, and Architectural Design. Teresa is also a professional member of ASID, (The American Society of Interior Designers) a National Certification for Interior Designers.

- After 11 years in the airline industry, Pamela Saunders changed careers to fulfill her passion for design by working in the home building industry, designing interiors for clients. Before joining the Standard Pacific Homes Design Team, Pamela spent 4 years working for a top custom home builder in El Dorado Hills, guiding clients through all the phases of the home building process. Pamela began her career with Standard Pacific Homes in March of 2003 and enjoys personalizing each individual home to best fit clients’ taste and lifestyle.

- Design Studio Consultant
- With over 20 years of experience in the ceramic tile industry, Diane Straub is perfectly suited as a Design Consultant at Standard Pacific Homes. While in the ceramic tile industry, Diane worked as a Branch Manager, managed and operated the showroom and service center, and worked in architectural sales focusing on hotel, restaurant, and commercial applications and design using tile and stone. Diane is a Certified Tile Advisor from the Ceramic Tile Institute and has designed and built a timber home that was featured in Timber Homes Illustrated. Diane enjoys being part of the Standard Pacific Homes team because of the supportive environment where communication is fostered and encouraged through all levels.
