Standard Pacific Homes and you – a mutually beneficial relationship

Thank you for your interest in working with Standard Pacific Homes through our Referring Broker Program. Our goal is to ensure the experience is mutually beneficial for you as well as our staff. As part of our continuing commitment to improve communication, below are the benefits and parameters for our program. Click to see our current incentive offer.

We can help you

Because our sales counselors concentrate solely on their communities and stay current with regard to pricing, options, financing and construction scheduling, they are prepared to provide you with the information you need to professionally present Standard Pacific Homes to your customers. We encourage you to visit our Sales Center, preview our model homes, and become familiar with our sales program and the special values we are creating for your customers.

Customer Registration

To be eligible for the Referring Broker Program, it is the policy of Standard Pacific Homes that the referring broker or sales associate must personally accompany and register his or her customer with our sales representative on the customer’s FIRST VISIT to the Sales Center. This registration protects the referring broker or sales associate for a period of sixty days from the registration date for any sales made to the registered customer. The protection period may be extended for an additional sixty days by notifying the community sales representative, in writing, fifteen days prior to the expiration of the original protection period.
